These terms apply when you use the PCMCI Solutions marketplace, create an account, and send any offer or purchase request through it. By creating an account, or by ticking the terms box and submitting an offer or request, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
1. Your account
You need a registered account with accurate contact details to buy. Your account email, phone, WhatsApp and country are shared with our sales team on every offer or request you send. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and your contact information up to date.
2. Using the website
Use the marketplace only to browse and buy inventory for lawful purposes. Do not submit false details, interfere with the site, or copy listings, photos or manifests in bulk without our permission.
3. Listings
Each listing (a “lot”) describes the inventory in good faith, including quantity, condition, photos and manifest. Quantities, conditions and prices may change, and a lot may be withdrawn, until a sale is confirmed in writing by PCMCI Solutions. Photos and manifests are a guide; minor differences may occur.
4. Lots are sold whole
Lots are sold as a complete lot. Offers and purchase requests cover the full quantity shown. Partial quantities are not available unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Offers
- Each lot has a minimum offer set by us. Where a lot shows a listed price, an offer cannot exceed it. Offers that do not meet the minimum for the lot are not accepted, and we do not always disclose the minimum.
- Submitting an offer is an expression of interest, not a binding contract. We may accept, reject or counter any offer at our discretion.
- You can negotiate through counteroffers in your account. A counteroffer from us may expire at the time shown; after that it can no longer be accepted.
- An offer becomes a sale only when we confirm it in writing and issue an invoice.
- Where a lot has no listed price, offer amounts are private and are not shown to other buyers. Where a price is listed, the highest offer may be shown on the listing.
6. Purchase requests
A request to buy asks to purchase the lot at the listed price. It does not reserve the lot or confirm a sale. Our team will contact you to verify availability, your details, pricing and shipping before anything is final.
7. Closing dates and availability
Some lots have a closing deadline. After it passes, or once a lot is sold or no longer available, we no longer accept offers or purchase requests on it. We may also limit how many offers and requests an account can send in a short period.
8. Payment
No payment is taken on the website. Once terms are agreed, we send you an invoice with payment instructions. A lot is not held for you until we confirm in writing, and we may release it to another buyer if payment is not completed by the date on the invoice.
9. Pickup and shipping
Lots are collected from, or shipped from, the location shown on the listing. Shipping method, cost, duties and taxes are agreed with our sales team. Risk passes to you once the lot is collected or handed to the carrier, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
10. Condition and returns
Equipment is sold in the condition described on the listing. Please review the description, photos and manifest before you buy. Any warranty or return terms are agreed in writing on your invoice; if none are stated, the lot is sold as described with no further warranty.
11. Cancelling
You may withdraw an offer or request before we confirm it by contacting us. After a sale is confirmed and invoiced, cancellation is subject to what is agreed on the invoice. We may cancel an offer, request or sale if a listing contains an error, the lot is unavailable, or we cannot verify your details.
12. Your information
We record the time you accepted these terms and which version you accepted, together with your offer or request. We use your details only to handle your offer or purchase and to run the marketplace. See our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one you accepted when you sent your offer or request.
